We ask for at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a $50 fee.

Deep Clean: A detailed refresh that includes baseboards, window interiors, spot wall cleaning, and more. Ideal for seasonal or first-time clients.

Move-Out Clean: Our most detailed package, designed for empty homes. Includes cabinet interiors, appliance detailing, doors, and full prep for walkthroughs.
❓ What’s the difference between a Deep Clean and a Move-Out Clean?
Nope! Many of our clients use lockboxes, smart locks, or leave instructions for entry. Just be sure to give us access info when you book.
❓ Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
We bring our own supplies and tools. For Airbnb or residential turnover, we ask that fresh linens and restocking items be left out in advance.
